The Brief

With sustainability at the heart of ERM’s business and a passionate team of employees living their brand, Conduit Interior was tasked with creating an interior that echoes who they are and what they stand for.

Conduit Interior went to great lengths to understand who ERM is as a business to ensure that their new home would embody their strapline as a business of sustainability.

The Fibonacci sequence (or golden ratio) is one of nature’s building blocks and forms the core of their brand identity. Conduit Interior brought this across as a recurring theme within the interior.

Warm materials, natural tones and planting were applied in abundance. The services were left exposed as a nod to the technical characteristics of ERM and the engineers who call this workspace their home.

Conduit has been an absolute pleasure to work with on our recent offices move and office redesign project. Grant helped us achieve this in record time despite the many obstacles that crept up during our project. We had constant communication and updates from Conduit throughout the project and it certainly felt as though Grant and his team became a part of the ERM team. Conduit interpreted our ideas perfectly, showed passion for the project and demonstrated constant attention to detail and professionalism.

We commend Grant and Bronwen for their imagination and creativity in the use of the space, accommodating all our thoughts and meeting our brief – all this achieved within budget. We are thrilled with the outcome and our new space has been a big hit with both staff and clients.
