The Client

An owner-run public relations and communications agency that aims to create genuine conversations between brands and consumers.

The Brief

PR Lab’s concise aspirational brief was “industrial elegance”. Conduit interpreted this and delivered a functional office space that pays tribute to the old warehouse in which it is housed, while remaining a graceful and sophisticated showpiece to their sophisticated clients.

All Victorian steelwork elements and ceiling services were left exposed to enhance the industrial feel. Warm timber elements were brought in to create a soft and welcoming juxtaposition.

Mild steel slimline glazed partitions were introduced to create the required enclosed space for offices and meeting rooms while maximising transparency and light.

We were extremely pleased with the final result of our office refurb that Conduit Interior conceptualised, managed and delivered. For many months after the project was completed, we continued to receive compliments from visitors to our offices. We would gladly reappoint Grant and his team for any future design or refurb requirements, and would not hesitate to recommend them to our peers.
