An owner-run public relations and communications agency, aiming to create genuine conversations between brands and consumers.
PR Lab’s short and simple aspirational brief to Conduit Interior was “Industrial Elegance”. We interpreted this by delivering a functional office space that pays tribute to the Old Warehouse in which it is housed, while still being graceful and sophisticated enough to be a showpiece to their high end clients.
All Victorian steelwork elements and ceiling services were left exposed to enhance the industrial feel, and warm timber elements were brought in to create a soft and welcoming juxtaposition against these.
Mild steel slimline glazed partitions were introduced to create the required enclosed space for offices and meeting rooms while still maximising transparency and light.
We were extremely pleased with the final result of our office refurb that Conduit Interior conceptualised, managed and delivered. For many months after the project was completed, we continued to receive compliments from visitors to our offices. We would gladly reappoint Grant and his team for any future design or refurb requirements, and would not hesitate to recommend them to our peers.Rob Baird
