Specialising in residential, commercial, and rural property sales as well as property management services.

The Brief

Conduit’s brief was to create a space true to the Harcourts brand: sophisticated, with an element of fun. Cost-effectiveness and value-for-money were key factors.

This project’s principal requirement was to create an array of individual booths to ensure that each agent has their own private space, without turning the interior into a rabbit warren.

The balance of the project was designed to maximise the limited budget, including items such as timber-effect vinyl wall cladding, vinyl wall tattoos and the clever use of Berber point carpets and paint finishes.

With the site unseen by Grant, just a plan started the project; then the info started streaming in with photo-like visuals that were so up my street it was uncanny! Every detail had been thought through; him being in Cape Town was no issue.

The end result is an awesome work space with a new upbeat feeling in the office and work spaces that are private, fun, exclusive and just bloody beautiful! Well done Grant, thanks for the influence you have had on our working environment. We are loving it and am sure we will for many a year to come.
