A plan started the project, then the info started streaming in with photo like visuals that were so up my street it was uncanny! Every detail had been thought through, him being in Cape Town and London at one point was no issue. The end result is an awesome work space with a new upbeat feeling in the office and work spaces that are private, fun, exclusive and just bloody beautiful!

Andrew Line; Principal; Harcourts

The Client

Harcourts: Specialising in residential, commercial, and rural property sales as well as property management services.

The Brief

Create a space true to the Harcourts brand: Sophisticated with an element of fun. Cost effectiveness and value-for-money are key.

The Design

The principle requirement of the project was to create a multitude of individual booths so that each agent has their own private space, without turning the interior into a rabbit-warren. This was achieved by using curved corners on all passage-way partitions and glass doors to all booths. The balance of the project was designed to achieve the most out of a limited budget, including items such as timber effect vinyl wall cladding, vinyl wall-tattoos and clever use of berber point carpets and paint finishes.
