The Client

Pioneers in the ‘Internet Of Things’, Trinity brings together the best, most experienced minds in the business to develop solutions for machine-to-machine communication.

The Brief

With transparency at the core of their business, Trinity tasked Conduit Interior with re-imagining their office layout and design to create a light-filled energetic space while at the same time transforming previously dead spaces into welcoming user-friendly hubs.

To showcase Trinity’s unique company energy and identity, Conduit Interior commissioned a bold entrance foyer feature wall boasting a bespoke graffiti image, contextualising the iconic street art found in the surrounding industrial neighbourhood.

Conduit Interior identified the key problematic factors, being spatial flow and lighting. These issues were tackled by introducing a secondary circulation passageway, new central meeting rooms, a variety of diverse light fittings and expansive glazing throughout to maximise transparency and access to natural light.

Giving new life to the historical characteristics of the Old Warehouse building, the original newspaper-factory timber floors were carefully refurbished, leaving the ink stains in place to tell the story of the history of the building.

We would like to thank Grant and Kriska of Conduit Interiors for doing such an amazing job of converting our workspace into a living space.

We embarked on a project to make our office space more of an aspirational living space. After many months of working from home we all realised that our perception of the work space we wanted to live in during the day had altered.

The clarity and manner in which they took on board our requests, the conversion of this into a proposal and the subsequent project management was exceptional and made for an extremely painless and on budget experience, THANK YOU from all of us at Trinity IOT.
